The Anglican International School, Jerusalem (AISJ) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic resource manager to join our team from August 2026. AISJ is a well-established International school in the heart of Jerusalem, catering for students aged 2 to 18 from the international and local communities. The post will suit a candidate with energy, personal integrity, initiative and the ability to work closely within a team.
AISJ is accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA) and is an IB World School delivering the IB Middle Years and Diploma Programs. Job Description: Resources Coordinator

The Role of the Resources Coordinator:

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- High-volume printing
- Special request printing
- Laminating
- Binding booklets
- Assisting with support for printers in other areas of the school
- Maintaining paper and toner supplies across the school
- Submitting meter readings for printers across the school
- Arranging supplies of consumables and spare parts for printers across the School
- Providing instructional support with production printing
- Providing all printing functions
- Maintenance of appropriate records for printing
- Coordinate with private printing contractors for printing requirements beyond the capacity of the school’s equipment
- Translate job specifications into work orders; make up dummies and sample of required materials
- Provide budget information, when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager
- Dealing with outside orders and resources
- Ordering books across the School when requested
- Maintain a proper inventory of printing stock, supplies and all school supplies
- Ordering of all the school stationery and classroom supplies
- Responsible for student’s lap-top distribution and collection
- Responsible for ordering as directed by the Office Manager
- Ordering of Staff room supplies, coffee, tea, milk etc.
- Order and sell sports uniforms, bags , etc. to the school community
