School Board
- Revd. Tom Burden (Chairman) is Director (CEO) of ITAC (The Israel Trust of the Anglican Church), the Israeli charity (amutah) that owns and oversees AISJ. He is a former leader of two English schools: The Pilgrims’ School, a boarding school in Winchester; and Hereward House, a London day school. Tom was also Interim Principal at AISJ for a time. Tom’s Theology degree is from Oxford University.
- Stefan Bergen is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, with a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He currently serves as the International Chief Financial Officer of Bridges for Peace, a global Christian organization with headquarters in Jerusalem, Israel. Prior to serving in Israel, Stefan was a Senior Accountant at KPMG, one of the Big Four global accounting and professional services firms.
- Dalia Gerrish has been connected to the school for almost five decades – as a student, alumnus, teacher, parent, and board member. As an English teacher and CAS Coordinator, she is passionate about inspiring her students to become lifelong learners, to embrace challenges, and foster curiosity. Dalia’s B.A. is in English from Houghton University in New York. Her Teaching Certification is from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
- Revd. Dr. Oliver Hersey is president of Jerusalem University College. He is a pastor in the Reformed Church of America. Oliver has over 20 years of combined experience in fields related to education, research, pastoring, coaching, and management. His Ph.D. is in Theological Studies: Old Testament and Ancient Near Eastern History and Languages from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
- Devin Mitchell is the Principal of the Anglican International School, Jerusalem (AISJ). He spent 14 years at AISJ as teacher, Dean of Students, and Head of Secondary before he was appointed as Principal. Devin has a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.
- Scott Morgan made Aliyah in 2007. He is Deputy Director of ITAC. Scott has a B.A. from Lycoming College. In addition to a career in journalism and small business administration, Scott was a Civics teacher in both Christian and public education in the United States before relocating to Israel. He has been on the School Board since 2019.
- Lynn Rosenberg is an Israeli-American who has lived in Israel since 2014. She is the co-founder and VP of The Joshua Fund, a Christian educational and humanitarian relief non-profit. Lynn served on the teaching staff of the Israel College of the Bible for five years, helping develop the first certificate in women’s ministry. She has a B.A. from Syracuse University in English Literature and Jewish Studies and an M.A. in Ministry and Leadership from Western Seminary.
